A wonderfully nuanced coming-of-age story about a pop-music-obsessed 12-year-old who idolises his father, but soon discovers a devastating secret that shakes the foundations of his life. The film is a sensation of Israeli cinema, premiering in the UK after its debut at Sundance and opening the Jerusalem Film Festival, with a record-breaking 16 Israel Film Academy Awards nominations, including Best Picture.
