The North Star opens its doors!

The North Star is a pioneering pub that provides real-world training for young people with learning disabilities and autism, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence. Located beside the Royal Pavilion in Brighton, the pub serves honest and flavourful dishes, premium drinks, and offers a warm welcome. The pub is part of Team Domenica's mission to guide young people into the workplace and provide them with the skills and experience they need to succeed. The North Star is open Monday to Sunday, with varying hours, and all profits go straight back to Team Domenica. Above the pub, a dedicated education and employment centre is being built, which will bring Team Domenica's provision under one roof, combining classroom learning, enrichment, and hands-on training. The centre will help to address the low employment rates of people with learning disabilities in the UK, with the goal of changing this statistic and providing more opportunities for young people with learning disabilities.
