Sushi & Shots Friday Evening

This event is an evening course where attendees will learn the difference between Sushi and Sashimi and how to make both. The dishes will be made using locally sourced fish, meat, and vegetables. The event will be guided by Paul Webbe, the resident fish expert. The dishes made will be accompanied by 5 different shots, with a non-alcoholic option also available.
