Steak Frites

Every Thursday, the kitchen serves a set menu of aged bavette, infinite golden frites, and peppercorn sauce, along with a starter, dessert, and a different wine special each week. The menu includes a range of options such as marinated olives, fried nuts, pickled cucumbers, and panisse, as well as a choice of steak frites or wild mushrooms for the main course. Desserts include apple sorbet, creme brulee, and salted caramel ice cream sandwich. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill.
