Step into the darker half of the year for a restorative and imaginative workshop with author Rebecca Beattie, inspired by her book The Season of Frost and Fire: A Witch’s Winter in 13 Rituals. Designed for blocked writers, journal-keepers, curious creatives and anyone craving a seasonal reset, this participatory masterclass explores how ritual, folklore, reflection and the natural world can help unlock fresh creative energy. Through guided prompts, writing exercises and moments of quiet release, Rebecca will invite you to reconnect with intuition, imagination and the stories waiting beneath the surface. Come ready to reflect, write and rekindle your creative spark by firelight. Events last three hours (including a short break) and take place at Quarterhouse. Workshop places are limited to 20 participants, so advance booking is essential.
