Philharmonia Brass at Christmas

Is it beginning to look a lot like Christmas? After this evening, there’ll be no doubt.

Like mulled wine and mince pies, there’s something irresistibly warming about the sound of a brass music at Christmas. And tonight, you’re in safe hands – with the world-class brass players of the Philharmonia Orchestra.

With a programme curated and introduced from the stage by Philharmonia trombonist Philip White, our Philharmonia Brass at Christmas concerts have become a firm tradition in Canterbury’s Christmas calendar. Whether you’re a fan of Christmas carols, classic No. 1 hits, or seasonally inspired orchestral music by the likes of Bach and beyond, we’re sure you’ll leave the Marlowe feeling just that little bit more festive.
