New Year's Eve Concert with BerlinerPhilharmoniker

The Berliner Philharmoniker and their chief conductor Kirill Petrenko will demonstrate that classical music can be humorous at the 2026 New Year’s Eve Concert. Sergei Prokofiev's Symphonie classique parodies the music of Haydn and Mozart. Dmitri Shostakovich's Double Concerto for Piano and Trumpet also had the First Viennese School in mind. Pianist Alexander Malofeev makes his debut alongside principal trumpeter David Guerrier. Kirill Petrenko sets off a fireworks display of mischief with Richard Strauss’s Till Eulenspiegel’s Merry Pranks. Enjoy this lively New Year’s Eve celebration live in cinemas!
