Mood II Swing are the New York duo behind some of the deepest, most soulful house records of the nineties. They produced Ultra Naté's Free, and their dubs were so loved by London DJs that they helped lay the foundations of UK garage. John Ciafone brings New York house, garage and soul to Margate for the first weekend of December. Support to be announced.
