Half-term Creative Workshop: Design Sidley Hub Community Garden
Join us for a hands-on printmaking workshop inspired by nature, creativity and community led by artist Lucy Grainge. Using foraged leaves, flowers and foliage, you’ll experiment with printmaking techniques to create original artworks while exploring texture, pattern and design. As part of the session, you’ll be invited to think like a designer and help imagine the future of the Sidley Community Garden. What could the space look like? What features would make it welcoming, useful and exciting for local people? Through creative activities, sketching and discussion, you’ll have the chance to share ideas that could help shape the garden’s future development. This workshop is a great opportunity to develop your creative skills, explore ideas around public space and contribute to a real community project. No previous experience is required and all materials will be provided. The event will be held at the Sidley Hub.
