Join Cindy for a relaxed, hands-on Caribbean cooking workshop in the modern kitchen at Classroom on the Coast, in the heart of Hastings Old Town.

Learn how to build the bold, warming flavours of Caribbean cooking as Cindy guides you through a richly spiced curry, rice and colourful seasonal sides. You will cook together, pick up practical tips to use at home, then sit down and enjoy your meal for lunch.
