Axel Scheffler: Gruffalo Stories with Gruffalo Granny

Axel Scheffler, the award-winning illustrator, returns to present three Gruffalo stories, including the brand new Gruffalo Granny. This family event celebrates the world of The Gruffalo, with Axel reading The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo’s Child, and Gruffalo Granny. The session features live illustration, gentle humour, and behind-the-scenes insights into Axel’s creative process. Children and families will see the characters come to life on stage as Axel draws them in real time. The event concludes with a book signing, with titles available to purchase. One adult ticket comes with a free child ticket for ages 0-10. Families with babies and toddlers are welcome, and a quiet space will be available for those who need it.
