40+ Contemporary Dance

A contemporary dance class aimed at adults aged 40+, led by experienced tutors Alison O’Neill, Frances Moran, and Diane Rogers. The class explores various contemporary dance techniques, allowing participants to experience different styles and choreographers. No prior experience is necessary, and there is an opportunity to perform with WD40+. The classes aim to create an environment that encourages trying new movements while developing coordination, strength, and stability.
