Hidden Beach Summer of Culture

We want everyone who joins us at Hidden Beach to have a positive experience. Because events are carefully planned, staffed and resourced in advance, we ask that you read the following information before booking.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

General

  • All ticket sales are normally final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the situations outlined below.

If we cancel or change an event

If Hidden Beach cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative event, where available.

If an event is postponed, delayed, moved or altered due to factors outside our control (such as safety requirements, weather conditions, council guidance, artist illness or other unavoidable circumstances), we will do our best to offer an alternative date or suitable replacement.

In these cases, refunds are not automatically guaranteed, and we cannot accept liability for associated costs such as travel, accommodation or personal expenses.

Personal circumstances

We’re not able to offer refunds for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Personal or family emergencies

  • Travel issues or delays

  • Weather conditions, unless the event is officially cancelled by us

We know this can be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding.

Booking mistakes

If you believe you have made a genuine mistake when booking (for example selecting the wrong ticket type), please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always review requests with care, but we cannot guarantee changes or refunds.

Under 18s and family bookings

Tickets for children and young people follow the same refund policy.

Adults booking on behalf of under 18s remain responsible for ticket choices and supervision.

If your event is cancelled and you are eligible for a refund, please contact:

Please include your order number and proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to appear.

A final note

Hidden Beach reserves the right to update this policy if needed.

Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking so we can reach you if anything changes.
