Helping belongings find their way home

We know that in busy, shared spaces things can sometimes get misplaced. This page explains what to do if you’ve lost something — or if you’ve found something that belongs to someone else.

If you’ve lost something

If you lose an item during the festival, please visit the Lost & Found point on site as soon as you can.

A member of the team will ask for a short description of the item, where you last saw it, and how we can contact you if it’s found.

If you realise something is missing after you’ve left, you’re very welcome to contact us:

If you’ve found something

If you find an item that doesn’t belong to you, please bring it to the Lost & Found point on site so we can try to reunite it with its owner.

Our team will record the item and keep it safe.

A few practical notes

• Please keep valuable items such as phones, wallets and keys with you and secure where possible.

• Hidden Beach cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.

• Items that remain unclaimed for a period after the festival may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
