This relaxed, social session is perfect for food lovers of all levels. You’ll explore the origins of paella, understand the importance of timing and heat, and learn how to create that perfect socarrat — the golden, crispy layer at the bottom of the pan that paella enthusiasts celebrate.
Expect great aromas, plenty of tips you can use at home, and a generous serving of freshly cooked paella to enjoy together at the end. Vegetarian and seafood variations may be included depending on the session.
