Find your flow, reconnect with your body and settle into the rhythm of August with our Movement & Yoga sessions. Designed for all levels, these sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork and grounding practices to help you feel centred, restored and energised.
Led by experienced practitioners from our wellness partners across Hastings, each class offers a calm space to stretch, breathe and release the tension of everyday life. Whether you’re easing into the morning, recovering after a big night of music, or simply looking for time to reset, these sessions are an inviting moment of stillness within the festival.
Expect gentle sequences, slow flows, guided relaxation and accessible postures. Mats are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
