Meditation, Breathwork & Mindfulness

A gentle space for pause, presence and renewal

Take a pause from the pace of August and step into a space designed for calm, clarity and renewal. Meditation, Breathwork & Mindfulness offers gentle, guided sessions that invite you to slow down, reset your energy and reconnect with yourself.

Each session blends simple breathing techniques, grounding practices and quiet reflection, led by experienced facilitators who create a calm, welcoming environment. Whether you are new to mindfulness or already have an established practice, these sessions offer a supportive space to rest the mind, soften the body and find clarity.

These moments of stillness can be a way to begin the day gently, to unwind after workshops, or to arrive more fully into the evening’s events.

No prior experience is needed — just an openness to breathe, listen and be present.

Why this session matters

In a culture that often moves quickly and demands constant attention, spaces for slowness, listening and rest are increasingly rare and valuable.

These sessions support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, offering a simple way to regulate the nervous system, reflect, and integrate experience — helping people feel more present, grounded and connected throughout the festival.

By making space for stillness alongside creativity and celebration, Hidden Beach holds a more balanced and humane cultural rhythm.
