La Cocina Mexicana is a fiesta of flavour, music, and connection — a night that brings the warmth of Mexico to the Hastings coast. Prepared in the Pass the Peas Kitchen at kitchen.hiddenbea.ch and served at The Stade Hall, this celebration blends authentic cooking, live Latin rhythms, and the joy of community dining by the sea.

🎶 The Music

The evening begins with mariachi melodies and Latin guitars, giving way to a DJ set that blends cumbia, salsa, and reggaetón. Expect infectious rhythms, dancing between tables, and a room filled with energy and colour.

The Stade Hall transforms into a seaside cantina — lively, welcoming, and alive with music till late.

🌶️ The Feast

Your ticket includes a three-course Mexican feast, created by Chef Sofia Ramos, a Mexican chef based in London known for her bold, heartfelt flavours. Each dish is inspired by traditional recipes and prepared fresh in the Pass the Peas Kitchen, combining home-style warmth with modern flair.

• Starter: Elote — chargrilled corn with lime, crema, chilli, and cotija cheese

• Main: Chicken Tinga Tacos — smoky chipotle-braised chicken served with homemade tortillas and guacamole
