An introduction to gin, flavour and distillation
This guided workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of gin through structured tasting, discussion and sensory exploration. Delivered in collaboration with Copper Pot Distilleries, the session focuses on understanding flavour, process and craft rather than alcohol consumption.
