Join dancer and facilitator Cate Brick for a joyful, welcoming belly dance workshop exploring rhythm, movement and embodied expression.
This session offers an introduction to belly dance as a form of cultural movement and creative play. Through simple steps, flowing sequences and rhythmic patterns, participants are invited to explore how the body moves with music — building coordination, confidence and connection through dance.
The workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible, focusing on enjoyment, expression and listening to the body rather than technical perfection or performance.
