We are Eggtooth, based in Hastings, East Sussex, and we are proud to be part of the Hidden Beach Wellness Zone. Our mission is to support individuals, schools, and organisations across Hastings and Rother, helping them build resilience and wellbeing through therapeutic services.

One of our key hubs, The Nest, located in the heart of Hastings Old Town, provides a safe and welcoming space for therapy and community support. Whether you are an individual looking for guidance or a school or organisation seeking support for your team, Eggtooth is here to help.

Our name, Eggtooth, comes from a temporary tooth on the beak, bill, or nose of a hatching animal. Just as an egg tooth helps an animal break free into the world, we aim to provide the tools and support you need to thrive. We focus on therapeutic systemic resilience, equipping you with strategies to manage life’s challenges and flourish in your own unique way.
