- INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at the Hidden Beach Love Music Hate Racism Festival (“Event”) organized by The Hidden Beach Organisation CIC (“Promoter”). By purchasing tickets or attending the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- DEFINITIONS
“Event” means the Hidden Beach Love Music Hate Racism Festival, scheduled for August 8-10, 2025, in Hastings.
“Venue” means the designated festival grounds in Hastings.
“Ticket” means a valid entry permit to the Event.
“Attendee” means any person entering the Event with a valid ticket.
- TICKET TERMS
3.1 Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled.
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the Venue.
3.3 Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
3.4 Valid ID may be required for age verification.
3.5 Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
3.6 Ticket resale is prohibited except through official channels.
- EVENT RULES
4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Alter or cancel the Event program without prior notice
- Refuse entry for inappropriate behavior
- Conduct security searches
- Confiscate prohibited items
4.2 Prohibited Items include:
- Illegal substances
- Weapons
- Glass containers
- Professional cameras/recording equipment
- Outside food and beverages
- Any items deemed dangerous by security
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
5.1 By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
5.2 The Promoter owns all rights to Event footage and may use it for promotional purposes.
5.3 Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted.
- LIABILITY AND SAFETY
6.1 Attendees enter the Venue at their own risk.
6.2 The Promoter holds £10 million public liability insurance.
6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Personal injury (except through negligence)
- Lost or stolen property
- Third-party vendor services
- Weather-related issues
- WELLNESS ZONE TERMS
7.1 Participation in wellness activities is at your own risk.
7.2 Inform instructors of any health conditions before participating.
7.3 Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 In case of Event cancellation:
- Full refunds will be provided
- The Promoter is not liable for travel or accommodation costs
8.2 No refunds for: - Partial attendance
- Weather conditions (unless dangerous)
- Line-up changes
- CODE OF CONDUCT
9.1 The Event promotes inclusivity and anti-racism.
9.2 Zero tolerance for:
- Discriminatory behavior
- Harassment
- Violence
- Anti-social behavior
- DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.
10.2 Data collection and use is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
