One You is a Public Health England campaign that aims to help adults live healthier lives

  • Lifestyle changesMake small, practical changes to help you move more, eat well, drink less alcohol, and be smoke free 
  • AppsSignpost to apps for further support, such as:
    • Couch to 5k to increase physical activity 
    • Easy Meals to cut down on calories 
    • Drinks Tracker to keep an eye on drinking levels 
    • Smokefree app to quit smoking 

One You is particularly aimed at adults in their 40s and 50s, as small lifestyle changes can have a positive impact on health and quality of life.

One You South Gloucestershire: Offers a BMI healthy weight calculator

One You Kent: Offers a referral form and social media accounts with information and videos 

One You East Sussex: Offers a free health check that includes a blood test, height and weight measurements, and blood pressure check
